The Leica R are vintage lenses rehoused by TLS and Cinescope.
These lenses integrate the original Leica R glasses in a new solid cinema-style rehousing that provide the “Leica Look” with PL mount and a 110mm front diameter in all focal lengths.
The Leica R have full frame coverage 36x24mm (i.e. Arri Alexa LF and Sony Venice) and most of the focal lengths also cover Vista Vision sensors (i.e. Red Monstro VV).
These lenses provide warm colours, nice sharpness and contrast, and at the same time they also add soft bokehs and flares.
