The RED Cine-Broadcast system integrates with RED V-RAPTOR XL, RED V-RAPTOR XE, or RED V-RAPTOR [X] cameras within broadcast production workflows.
It uses a camera module paired with a base station connected via fibre optics, providing the connections and features required for multicamera production.
It allows the transmission of up to two 4K 60p video channels in HDR or SDR via 12G-SDI.
Its configuration can also be expanded with RED Connect for IP workflows and advanced image pipelines, depending on the accessories, licences, and camera used.

The RED Cine-Broadcast system works with V-RAPTOR cameras such as the RED V-RAPTOR XL, RED V-RAPTOR XE, or RED V-RAPTOR [X], allowing it to be configured with virtually any lens to suit the needs of each production.
Their Full Frame and Super 35 sensors allow working with both spherical and anamorphic lenses, selecting the ideal capture format for each shot.

4K transmission at 60p in HDR and SDR
The RED Cine-Broadcast module supports up to two 4K 60p video channels in HDR or SDR via 12G-SDI.
The 12G-SDI transmission can be used simultaneously with advanced RED Connect workflows over the same hybrid fibre-optic connection, provided the system has the required setup.
Return feeds, intercom and lens control
RED Cine-Broadcast incorporates operational tools for seamless coordination between camera operators and the production control room. Video feed returns allow signals to be received from the control room, while intercom and tally connections facilitate communication and on-air camera identification.
The module also features connections for a teleprompter as well as control for compatible Canon and Fujinon lenses.
